New UAV Pilot on the team

Carcinus Ltd are pleased to announce that their newest employee, Joshua Baker was recently awarded his A2 Certificate of Competency. With this certification, Joshua will be able assist our ecology team with utilising Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems to carry out environmental surveys throughout the UK and beyond.
Carcinus are a leading provider of freshwater, riparian and coastal aerial surveys. Our recent projects include everything from fine-scale mapping of an area of saltmarsh in the Hamble to inspections of a stranded vessel in the Arctic.
Utilising our close relationships with partners such as Alauda Aerial Surveys Ltd, we are able to provide a survey capability with both fixed wing and multi-rotor UAV platforms, Carcinus are able to deliver high quality outputs that meet the specific accuracy and scale demanded by each application.
